SEOFLEX SUBMISSION is an Internet search engine, directory & social media site submission service that simplifies the web site submission process. SEOFLEX SUBMISSION is intended to assist website owners in increasing traffic & visibility to their sites through search engines, directories & social media.
2. Accepting the Terms

You understand that some search engines or directories may not accept your website for no reason, or may need up to several months before they can accept or include your website.

You shall indemnify, defend by counsel reasonably acceptable to SeoflexMedia, protect and hold SeoflexMedia harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expense, including consultants' and attorneys' fees and court costs, demands, causes of action, or judgments directly or indirectly arising out of or related to Your use of SeoflexMedia & SEOFLEX SBMISSION
The Terms, and your relationship with SeoflexMedia, shall be governed by Swedish law. You and SeoflexMedia agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that SeoflexMedia shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
